The first newly built hotel on Clearwater Beach in 35 years. The Sandpearl Resort opened as a four diamond resort with a five diamond restaurant, a four diamond beach front grille, 25,000 SF of indoor and outdoor function space and a full-service Spa. We advised this condominium developer on designing and constructing it's first hospitality project.
